.......You should see Bob Gleason. Holy Moly! That guy is the best.
He was amazing not only for his work (which is exceptionally great)
but for the sensitivity and respect and interest he took beyond the
call. It was a very complex experience for us-- we were/are still in
the midst of mourning a huge loss-- Anyway, Bob took every step in
the kindest, gentlest way with us, and it was a total pleasure to have
him be part of it.
